I guess the 8ks are best looked as the building blocks of the new companies foundation. Other than the present investors, no one is really paying attention.
Thus the selling as you stated and the lack of share price appreciation at this point. I realize that could and will change if the investment community gets a whiff of our future provided with a major company news update.
Until then, the fortunate folks who have funds can remove the shares from the unsuspecting and clueless types
