(PINKSHEETS: SNET) subsidiary Alliance Auto Group announced today it has, through a $1 million transaction, acquired both a new fleet of Premium Class Automobiles and improved SNET Membership Clients list by completing the resigning of members from a failed regional competitor. Fueled by the recent growth and continued expansion of Alliance Auto Group, the Company has identified opportunities to further increase memberships, via the acquisition of smaller, sole proprietorship-owned companies.
