All that to say that 4K is following a similar trend. The first step is getting UHD TV's into the consumer's home and then the growth of UHD sectors will happen organically.

One third is 33%. I would estimate that UHD will be in 70-80% of US Households by 2022-2023. Seems like it's a long time from now, but it's not.
I believe I read somewhere that 80% of households have HD as of 2015.
Anyhow, I believe that UHD is where HD was in 2006. We have some very fun days ahead.....
