LTS Nutraceuticals Holds Talks About Joint Venture With Manufacturer

New Jersey -- March 27, 2017 -- InvestorsHub NewsWire -- LTS Nutraceuticals, Inc., (OTC:LTSN) a health and wellness products holding company, (www.ltsnutraceutical.com) today announced that they have held talks with an FDA approved nutraceutical manufacturer regarding an joint venture.
LTS Nutraceuticals representatives have held these talks in recent weeks with representatives of the manufacturer regarding a joint venture of their in house retail brands that are marketed in Europe, Canada and the United States.
The talks were productive, the deal being considered is LTS will take over the day to day operations of the manufacturers retail brands (the manufacturers core business is wholesale) with an equal fifty fifty ownership stake for both parties. LTS will handle all sales, marketing and administrative requirements while the manufacturer will handle all production and distribution from their 25,000 square foot plant located in New York. The company also discussed acquiring up to forty nine percent of the manufactures business and production facility.
