$OTTV - Viva Entertainment Group possibly? I came across this company in my weekend searches through endless penny stocks and it caught my eye. They just unveiled a sign in Time Square last week and could possible generate some buzz. Looks like a Netflix type company with live streaming TV and other content. Currently advertising they are the best Latino content available. Here is some stuff I found on them. Mind you I'm a NEWB and still learning to comb through the BS. Let me know what you think! Could this thing start rolling in a few months?
