Does anyone know if Jeff Foley still owns his shares?
I remember when he produced those Form 4's AFTER the huge run up from sub penny to .17. Those Form 4's were one of the reasons why I continued to average down. I received a response from IR about this but they didn't provide any worthwhile information about the topic.
Correct me if I'm wrong...since NTEK is a Form 15 filing company, Jeff Foley did not HAVE to show that he bought those shares. So, in the same token, he did not HAVE to show that he sold those shares at some point or another. It would be interesting to find out that he averaged down immensely when the stock fell further, and then sold on major spikes (if I remember correctly there was a major PR relating to Sony that led the stock to jump from .05 to .10, or something like that).
Also, I have asked questions to IR about Mrs. Foley and her 30 million share issuance. I wonder if she has still kept her shares but I have yet to receive a response. Also, if those shares (if they are still held) are at a higher PPS than the current one.
