Nice find! Also, if you look right above Tony's right shoulder, there is wrinkled grey suit material that does not match Tony's suit, kind of looks like part of someone's arm. IMO, more proof there probably is someone to the right of Tony.
That is a good point on formality of shareholder vote, that is a benefit that the new airline can enjoy--faster decision making and acting because they do not need to wait for a majority vote on decisions, they can get it by talking to a few people. Makes it more like a private company to move faster.
