DOCASA, Inc. through its subsidiary, Department of Coffee and Social Affairs Ltd., based in the United Kingdom, has been awarded London's Top Coffee House accolade - as voted for by the public - in Harden's London Restaurant Awards 2016.
Harden's London Restaurant Awards 2016 ceremony took place in London where the Company's Product Development Manager, Sharni Ruming, accepted the "Top Coffee House" award on the Company's behalf.
Harden's is the UK's first original "user-generated content" restaurant review site and guide. Each year for the last 25 years, Harden's has polled casual diners to determine the best and worst of the dining scene in London and the UK. The 2016/17 survey was conducted between April 14 and June 3, 2016, with nearly 7,500 diners contributing 50,000 individual reviews.
DOCASA's President and CEO, Ashley Lopez, commented, "We are honored to be voted the Top Coffee House in London in Harden's 2016 Awards. Being voted the people's choice affirms our position as a leader in the artisan coffee market."
Harden's co-Founder, Peter Harden, stated, "The Department of Coffee and Social Affairs succeeded in impressing the reporters in our survey, which is no easy task, with its focus on excellent brews, but also the wit with which it delivers them."
