To those of you who are not outside enjoying the weekend, I would remind you that the only form 4 issued in February was to Barry Kaye on the 22nd and it was reversed two days later. So in effect, no form 4 was filed in February.

My point is, that if none are filed next week, that will, be an unprecedented two months with no form 4s and could be very significant. Glad I'm long.
