I'm so glad you decided to give me a third grade example. I was afraid that I won the first place in a state math competition for nothing (I have a medal to prove it).
Let's refresh your memory shall well? From the 2015 ASCO poster,
"Of 40 subjects enrolled to date, 31 were evaluable for changes in p21 biomarker ( pre-dose and at least 1 time point post-dose blood sample obtained after first dose of Kevetrin).
Of the 31 evaluable subjects :
68 % had an increase in p21 expression in a range of 3% to 205%
48 % had an increase in p21 expression of ≥ 10%
These results suggest that Kevetrin activates p53 by inducing p21 gene expression."

That's some serious "cherry-picking" by Dr. Shapiro. All the p21 tests were done by Dana-Farber, meaning they knew the pre-treatment level, not CTIX. Leo was given the data afterward.
When Dr. Shapiro from Dana-Farber said "these results suggest that Kevetrin activates p53 by inducing p21 gene expression" and an anonymous poster said the p21 data are meaningless, guess whom I'm going to believe?
