This is a pretty stock email disclosure statement. I doubt there is any significant legal concern for passing on IR info to other stockholders that couldn't be easily mitigated. I hope folks aren't too concerned of any major ramifications of sharing IR info. I suggest putting the IR info you receive via email into your own words and avoid reposting the email verbatim. Frankly, it just makes me want to initiate a campaign to get my IR info straight from the horses mouth via telephone. I doubt those conversations would entail a verbal disclosure statement. Go NTEK!!
