The fitness expert would bring in vast knowledge and experience in build world-wide, successful businesses, to this family-friendly restaurant and children’s play space. Moreover, Michaels could help Giggles N Hugs with its brand recognition, and she could market to her followers.

The company recently announced that it repaid its eight percent Convertible Notes issued to Iconic Holdings LLC on December 21, 2015. That said, pursuant to the terms of the convertible note, Iconic Holdings converted $191,000 into common stock over the past six months. After the completion of this conversion, the shorts may be out, and GIGL could continue to rise.
Parsi stated, “We are pleased that Iconic converted the entire balance of their convertible debt holdings into common shares of our Company. With most if not all of the shares converted and sold over the past six months, we anticipate that this will result in a decrease of continued selling pressure on the Company’s securities.”
Parsi concluded, “This is yet another important step forward for us as we move ahead on our plans to expand. The company is speaking with a number of investment banks to engage in order to secure more traditional financing options for the needed expansion capital.”
