Good point, if (Key Man ins) it were there or not, it would show as an asset somewhere in the DD and filings. It has not so its a good assumption that they didn't. It would not hurt ask for those that do communicate with the company more directly. After all this time I would not waste their time to make a special call to get an answer on it.
