Guaranty Federal Bancshares, Inc. Announces Quarterly Dividend

SPRINGFIELD, Mo., March 24, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Guaranty Federal Bancshares, Inc., (NASDAQ: GFED ), the holding company (the “Company”) for Guaranty Bank, today announces a dividend per common share of $.10 for its first quarter ending March 31, 2017.   The dividend will be payable on April 14, 2017 to stockholders of record on April 4, 2017.
