RH made the choice to do external sales .. (ECO/OBG) .. during this same time
P2O *settled* NON RETAILs' primary effort .. and announced the settlement
cert .. (3M) .. which i'm on record as noting .. no one would make anything on
(retail) except pennies .. because priors done by those firms on hedgies' speed
dials .. reveal only the firms involved *profit* .. which is why there are colluding
efforts by those who abusively short and the atty firms trolling for lead plaintiffs
so on one level RH *outlasted* .. most likely not his original intent .. but it came
to pass that that is what happened .. so with the 4M (1M and 3M) dispersed
in 2016 .. NON RETAILs' last *gasp* of providing abusive liquidity (normally
NON RETAIL doesn't hesitate to make 10M out of 1M but in PTOI's case
they have never succesfully parted actual P2O investors from their PTOI shares)
came to a totally visible *end*
as all could see .. in 2016 .. with PTOI having the lowest volume YTD as a pubco
NON RETAILs' volume spigot was slowly being turned *off* ..
and it's also why 3 months into 2017 (volume) is on par with 2009's *debut*
they are on the verge of triggering reg sho for a 3rd time on PTOI
PTOI has had totally perverted stats for years .. but tellingly even the legal
short (which comes out tonight for the last round) has had to stop showing
5000 CONsistently ..
.. and relo slightly upward .. watching tonight to see
if they *break* above 50,000 or *hold* at 49,000 .. or relo down .. based on
