You say the purpose of this board is for, and I quote:

Yet you posted this on iscam earlier today:

How is that analytical or factual. You write it in the past tense as if the company has had patent applications refused. They have open WIPO patent applications.
Do you know how difficult and costly it is to apply for International patent applications? Are you claiming the company filled out a blank for and scanned it in and then posted it as a pump? That's what it sounds like.

And before you come back with some iglow quotes about International Patents being worthless, I suggest you read this article which explains why it is a sound business decision to apply for patents through WIPO via the Patent Cooperation Treaty. Yes, they'll need to apply in individual countries in the future, but that's not a wise business decision immediately.
