I think he's referring to Squires stating the reactors were offline when he came back as CEO. Therefore, if Stott was so knowledgeable on continuous flow, why were the reactors down? Also, why the increased advances since Stott left? Apparently, it wasn't due to Stott's contribution if he wasn't there.
