OWCP should either contact you or hire you LOL
As far as us in this Country as you stated we are behind everyone else. I am hoping some big pharmacy companies take notice of OWCP. I am hoping for something soon from OWCP on the percentages achieved with the cream. As you said maybe in a Medical Journal !
