Once content is published it has to go to each of the providers intake process so that the metadata is propagated into their CMS, at which point the JSON is approved and the new content appears on that particular platform. Version 3.0 of the database will unify the json’s into a single file and optimize the propagation time to all platforms.
IR has been quite responsive to questions ... I received a response in 2 1/2 hours and that included IR forwarding the question to tech support.
