ERA is instrumental in the professional development of our clients. We invest in our current Minor League clients and help secure equipment they need to perform their best on the field. ERA also serves as an advocate on our clients' behalf to their respective Front Office personnel to ensure they do not slip through the cracks (each organization's Minor League Director is responsible for approximately 200 players). If a client is released by his organization, ERA works quickly to procure another contract with an affiliated organization.

For draft eligible players, ERA plays an integral role in the MLB Rule IV Amateur Draft process. As advisors, we help establish a fair value for the client based on the results of a comparative analysis. For underclassmen and high school seniors, ERA works together, with a client and his family, to make the best decision in regards to signing a professional contract or returning to college.
