Under this agreement Beijing Huayang Wind Technology Co., Ltd. will manufacture solar and wind alternative energy kits under the brand of "420 Depot". These kits will be engineered and tailored made for the growth industry. The Company will provide six models and also offer custom pod design solutions. The Company expects to execute its manufacturing agreement no later than April 5, 2017. The $3.5bn cannabis industry is one of the nation's most energy intensive, often demanding 24-hour indoor lighting rigs, heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems at multiplying grow sites .
