SCHAUMBURG, Ill., March 23, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Quadrant 4 System Corporation is excited to announce the restructuring of their IT services sector under a new brand, QSource. The restructure will entail combining global services divisions spanning the U.S., India as well as additional offshore teams. Leveraging the tagline ‘Your Source for Everything IT,’ QSOURCE will enable Quadrant 4 to better take advantage of the three elements which developed its core business - Product Development, Solutions and Staffing. QSource will be led by Shekhar Iyer, Chief Operating Officer of Quadrant 4.

As a part of this restructure, Quadrant 4 is pleased to announce the appointment of several key leaders within QSource.
- Khannan Sankaran promoted to Executive Vice President, QSource Khannan was previously CEO of Stratitude, an acquisition consummated on November 3, 2016. “Khannan brings a wealth of experience in domestic sourcing and will make a significant addition to our QSource product. Our renewed emphasis on our domestic sourcing will help grow our business significantly in the coming months. With our unique combination of domestic sourcing and our international sourcing capabilities, we look to do what is in the best interest of our clients, their budgets and the vision they have for their IT service needs,” stated Robert Steele. - Dirk Heitzman promoted to Senior Vice President, QSource Dirk will be focused on the managed services business as part of the infrastructure support QSource will be providing to clients. “Dirk’s experience and guidance has aided in my transition to CEO being as smooth as possible over the past couple months. I value his counsel, his relationships in the industry and the focus he will bring to making QSource Your Source for Everything IT within Quadrant 4,” stated Robert Steele. - Bethany Priester hired as Director, Enterprise Solutions within QSource Bethany will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing new clients and be the US lead for the SAP SuccessFactors practice. Within the SAP relationship, Bethany will help by increasing the breadth and depth of our QSource business unit and growing and developing the relationship with our partner SAP. Bethany comes to Quadrant 4 with a proven background in employee benefits, insurance and consulting business practices. Commenting on the new hire, Robert Steele stated, “We needed to add additional client management capability within the mid-west. In addition, the SuccessFactors practice is a significant part of our overall business strategy given our employee benefits products.
