Invitation to press briefing -Ericsson Annual Gene

Ericsson (NASDAQ: ERIC) invites the media to a press briefing prior to its 2017 Annual General Meeting (AGM). President and CEO Börje Ekholm will summarize his speech to the shareholders and take brief questions.

The briefing will take place on March 29 at 12:00 CET at Kistamässan, Arne Beurlings Torg 5, Kista/Stockholm. The doors will open for media representatives at 11:30 and lunch will be served.

The AGM will start at 15:00 at Kistamässan. Please note that both the press briefing and the AGM will be conducted in Swedish.

Important information concerning photos and audio/video recording at the AGM

Shareholders present at the AGM vote to decide whether photography and audio/video recording will be allowed. Normally, only Ericsson representatives are permitted to take photographs or make recordings during the AGM.
