Call me cautious but "in discussions with" and making a making a film that meets/exceeds BOE's parameters is not the same as "under contract with BOE". I'm hoping that situation changes in the very near future but until that time I get the feeling that we've got one foot firmly planted and the other on a banana peel.
If things go well it's all Fred Astaire, if not then it looks like me from years ago as a hockey goalie (flopping and flailing all over the place. It wasn't pretty)
