GasLog Ltd. Announces the Closing of its Public Of

MONACO - March 22, 2017 - GasLog Ltd. ("GasLog" or the "Company") (NYSE: GLOG ), an international owner, operator and manager of liquefied natural gas ("LNG") carriers, announced today the closing of its public offering of $250.0 million aggregate principal amount of 8.875% Senior Notes due 2022 (the "Notes") at a public offering price of 100% of the principal amount. The net proceeds from the offering after deducting the underwriting discount and estimated offering expenses are expected to be approximately $245,280,750. The Company plans to use the net proceeds from the offering for repayment of debt and general corporate purposes, including working capital. Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, Incorporated and DNB Markets, Inc. acted as joint book-running managers and structuring agents of the offering. Arctic Securities LLC, DVB Capital Markets LLC and Pareto Securities Inc. acted as co-managers of the offering.
