This is a board for investors in this company. The consensus of long term investors in this company maintains that as a privilege that the owners of this site have bestowed upon us.
Don't talk about the SEC coming down on us for ditching bashers and the occasional disgruntled flipper mistaken for one. If they're tossing bull shit onto the board they are one and the same.
If the SEC was concerned with such small potatoes, LieHub would've been shit canned a long time ago and a large number of basement dwellers would've changed their wardrobe to whatever the latest rage is in federal penitentiaries. There are a lot of crooks out there. They bash companies all of the time with their lies. They're still at it.
I don't see the SEC using limited funds to come after us for sharing our opinions about a company and it's products. This is a club of members using the general approval or disapproval of other active members to decide what's making sense and what isn't. They'll either approve of what we do or they won't. If they don't the administrators will take care of it. NOT the SEC. Scare tactics are seen as a form of bashing. I suggest you refrain from using them or any other form for that matter. If you scream about the evils of drinking in our clubhouse for fine spirits distillers, we'll kick you out of that too.
