OÜ Öpiku Majad, the Subsidiary of Mainor Ülemis

On 21 March 2017, OÜ Öpiku Majad, the subsidiary of Ülemiste City’s developer AS Mainor Ülemiste and OÜ Nordecon Betoon signed a contract to build a new 14,000 m² parking house. The size of the construction contract is EUR 3,995 million, plus VAT. The building will be completed by the summer 2018.
The new parking house will provide space for 428 cars and it will improve the parking conditions in the whole Ülemiste campus. The aim of the developer is to make the access easier for the customers and the guests - the visitors of MyFitness sports club and newly opened gourmet restaurant Juur will clearly benefit from the newly located parking facility. In addition, the pedestrians will get convenient access to nearby situating airport.
