Pioneer Credit Recovery hits the road for Western New York hiring tour

PERRY, N.Y. and ARCADE, N.Y., March 22, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Pioneer Credit Recovery announced today that it will host hiring events in eight towns in Western New York from March 27-31. The recruitment events come as Pioneer Credit Recovery plans to hire 60 full-time employees by the end of May.

Recruiters will visit communities near the company’s Perry and Arcade centers to give area residents the opportunity to meet, ask questions and learn more about the company and the job.

“We are excited to hit the road to visit our neighboring communities and meet many new people,” said Jeff Mersmann, president, Pioneer Credit Recovery. “We look forward to sharing more about the great opportunities at our company and learning more about the talents of our Western New York residents.”

Job responsibilities for call center positions include performing outreach activities to consumers to resolve past-due accounts with a high degree of customer service and satisfaction. Training will be provided in a supportive environment. Ideal candidates should have strong customer service experience, basic computer skills and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Wednesday, March 29 Attica: Attica Library, 146 Main St. Attica, 12 p.m. - 3 p.m.

Thursday, March 30 Franklinville: Franklinville Library, 5 North Main St., Franklinville, 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. Dansville: Dansville Library, 200 Main St. Dansville, 1 p.m. - 4 p.m.

Friday, March 31 East Aurora: East Aurora Town Hall, 300 Gleed Ave., East Aurora, 10 a.m. - 1 p.m. Batavia: Genesee County Career Center, 587 East Main St., Batavia, 9 a.m. - 12 p.m.
