THE ASSEMBLY OF ORAVA RESIDENTIAL REIT PLC BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND FIRST QUARTER DIVIDEND
At its meeting held after the Annual General Meeting, the Board of Directors elected amongst its members Jouni Torasvirta as the chairman and Patrik Hertsberg as the deputy chairman of the Board of Directors.
The dividend per share of Orava Residential REIT plc (trading code OREIT, ISIN code FI4000068614) to be paid on 31 March 2017 is EUR 0.03. Ex-dividend date is 23 March 2017 and record date is 24 March 2017. Dividends total EUR 287,967.30.
The payment days of next quarterly dividends in 2017 are 30 June 2017, 29 September 2017 and 29 December 2017.
