What hasn't been explored to any great extent....and only because it's not "out there" in any regular use anywhere is the opportunity for other companies or municipalities to purchase user agreements with a host business. That's why I say location is important....like a friggin restaurant! Sticking it in an industrial complex among several companies that are burdened with the cost of plastic wastes makes sense...and in close proximity to a military base.. etc...as you mentioned some time ago...this would work.
It's finding the right place..or the right organization to deploy this thing...that's what blows me away.. get off your A$$ and FIND IT!! or pass it off to someone who is going to hit the ground running with this concept! Three years is more than enough time to have at the very least secured a partner in this. This recent 600K investment by these parties led me to believe something like that was in the works...and it may still be the case...but Heddle needs to spill on this stuff...just what the heck is going on with this thing!!
I guess we'll learn something more around the corner...but he's got to provide more than a waning long term guessing game.
