SpareBank 1 SMN : Notification of large trade
In connection with settlement of outstanding accounts between SpareBank 1 SMN and Guarantee Institute for Export Credits (GIEK), SpareBank 1 SMN has transferred 3,806,952 shares at a price of 0.24 Norwegian kroner in Havila Shipping ASA, to GIEK. At the same time, SpareBank 1 SMN has exercised warrants and awarded 22,190,508 shares in Havila Shipping ASA. After this, SpareBank 1 SMN holds a total of 63,565,103 shares, corresponding to 4,98 % of the share capital of the company.
