Actually, as Igor had no heirs, I believe management has an attorney working on getting those shares turned back into Baltia's Treasury. They would then become an asset of the airline, as Baltia would then own them and could sell them.
Keep in mind that Igor's shares were restricted from trade until 6 months after commencement of revenue generation. I'm certain that restriction remains attached to those shares even after his passing.
I believe it is a topic worth brining up at the SHM.
BTW, I believe there was somewhere around 855 million.
