There were some interesting observations made on SFOR on another board.
The Posts by ZPaul and JTech (comments pasted below) say more than people realize. Add to that, what Mark Kay said in a January 2017 interview. When referring to the three ongoing law suits, he added that one was close to settling. It appears that we could possible see as many as three (3) settlements in the very near future!
In addition, add to that the international patent that could appear before the end of this month and the annual report on March 30th. There may be a need for you, myself, CyberJ and Jmec102 to meet in Hawaii for discussions over a pina colada next month on the beach at Waikiki ?!!!

If the infringer is served the preliminary notice ( at least 30 days in advance ), and if infringer knowing that they are in fact infringing and there is no way out & there is no point going through the expensive litigation process, they will tell the Plaintiff that we are ready for settlement. In such scenario , the case will not move beyond the preliminary stage. Fear of Ropes & Gray as well knowing they cant beat them- My 2C
