You ask a good question. I'm assuming that the reason you are asking it is because like many others, you were expecting the results.
Obviously management felt a need to release something. I suspect it was because of misinformation posted on the the "other" site...scrolling down the home page you will note highlighted the following:

Actually it's at minute 4:53 that it clearly states the efficacy study to be completed "March, 2017". Not March 20, 2017!!
In my opinion there was no need for management to release anything. With regards to the psoriasis cream, essentially what they announced is: "highly promising results of its topical cream efficacy tests". Then they conclude by saying that it is still "subject to positive completion of our safety IRB approved study". They are repeating what they have already been saying for months, except this time they are "highly" promising.
So before releasing anything, they are now promising "more double-blind efficacy tests for other skin disorders and conditions".
May I suggest is that when the results are indeed available, how about releasing their findings to a peer reviewed medical journal? Can you imagine what would happen to the share price if they did that? No to mention the positive impact that it would have on sales of the cream. Of course this may very well be their intention. If so that is great.
Before any of you jump to any conclusions, I am one of the aforementioned investors referred to by CC3 in a previous post and obviously believe in the company and management. I just happen to believe that in this case they were ill advised to release a PR when really there was no need to do so.
I would have preferred a statement on the CannaTech conference or even a weather report from Israel. I think I'm stating the obvious here and that is, if you have nothing to say then don't bother saying anything. We don't need to be strung along with one promise after another.
Perhaps I'm totally misinterpreting this and over-reacting. I sincerely hope that this is the case. Thanks and GLTA!!
