FREMONT, Calif., March 21, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Aehr Test Systems (NASDAQ: AEHR ), a worldwide supplier of semiconductor test and burn-in equipment, today announced that it will report financial results for its third quarter of fiscal 2017 ended February 28, 2017 on Thursday, March 30, 2017 following the close of the market.
