I'm on vacation and going to do pottery today with my niece and nephew in Naples, FL.  I'm not thinking about TECO these days since I'm living life.  Looking at new Florida homes yesterday with the hopes of paying cash for one in 2014-2017 timeframe. Someone needs to play the ask hit game with some minimal amount of shares to keep the PPS propped up if only for physcological reasons.  LOL!
