I am new to investing but have studied it for awhi

I am new to investing but have studied it for awhile. I have looked at txhd and read all the news about the company. I saw they said they want the stock to be around .02 to .03 but in my opinion I think the stock would go higher than that with the rate of growth they seem to have. I was thinking 1 to 2 dollars a share down the road. Does anyone have any input on were the stock may go? I all looked at there past history and at one point it showed there stock at 115 dollars a share. Any help or input will be welcomed.
