RICHMOND HILL, Ontario, March 20, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- A culinary event like none other, Jump into Spring April 17-22 celebrates Earth Week by bringing crickets onto the menus of at least 50 restaurants across the GTA. Awarded a grant by the Ontario Greenbelt Fund, Ontario-based Entomo Farms, North America’s largest cricket farm, sets out to introduce Ontario restaurant-goers to the nutritious, delicious and environmentally sustainable cricket through creative cuisine. Participating restaurants include all Ontario locations of Milestones restaurants, all locations of Select Sandwich restaurants, El Catrin Distileria , Ground Burger Bar , and many more.
