It's beyond that Hawks, although that is a large part of it. I don't disagree with the "get tough" policy. I want better protections for this country, better boarder security, tougher military stances against psycho-rogue nations.
The problem is the blatant, fact-free, almost obsessive compulsive lying that Trump and his political allies perpetrate. I know his followers were screaming bloody murder that Clinton was a liar and they were not wrong. I didn't trust her one bit, and with the help of a few Russian hacks and her own non-dynamic personality, she went down in flames.
But this guy.... this guy goes well beyond Clinton's lies. His are exactly what that article claims. paranoia, delusions of grandeur, megalomania, scare tactics to keep his own following in a reality TV induced coma. It's all mixed in.
I said two years for impeachment tops. I believe Comey's statements that there was no proof of wire tapping, and we know Obama didn't have time for that shit, besides would waste his energy tapping that guy, may bring him down much sooner.
Possible treason for potential links to Russia. Lying to the American people about spying on him the night before the election, the Emoluments clause. It's all going to come to a head, IMO.
I have no idea who would take his place, but this guy has made a total mockery of the White House. There are far better Conservative Republicans who could restore the WH and bring unity back to this country. Trump will never be able to do it, and I knew that from day one of the Apprentice.
