Going concern issue and lack of SEC filings?
Maybe I'm missing something here, but the SEC seems to have removed any registration information for HEMP and they haven't submitted any filings since a late Q3 2016 report, which means we are owed a Q4 2016 report and an annual for fy2016.
What's going on here?
Is this related to the ongoing SEC investigation? Almost all communication has dried up from the company on official channels regarding what I would consider normal business activities. We have seen very few press releases other than what Bruce and Dave post on Facebook.
All this seems very unusual to me.... Just thinking out loud...
