Yep, lots of meetings for a lot of possible partnerships/JV's etc for a lot of possible products-tough because everybody always wants an inordinate piece of the pie-so sometimes have to soak your head in motor oil afterwards-everybody wants the get rich quick goldmine (not literally-gold stocks bizarrely lag gold and fundamentals)

Once the great recession hit the only way to make money imo was to get in an undiscovered undervalued stock before discovered. When construction work disappeared my friend (owned a construction co) in desperation started w $2000 in penny stocks (March Dow nadir of 6500) and by Aug 2009 (Dow 10000) had made 80,000-so I had reason to believe he knew what he was doing when he finally dragged me in to make money to help him avoid foreclosure but the market -especially penny market- turned that week and bashers/shorters took over like ravenous beasts determined to bomb us back to the stone age-

friends played the promos -which didnt work once market turned-I said this is crazy-the only people who make money are those who held before promo-and co's who promo do so because on verge of bankruptcy and need to raise money fast to pay creditors and then often disappear after sometimes hiring a new ceo closer-and they use promo to increase vol so they can dump-sometimes dumping /crashing pps so fast u cant even set limit order fast enough and if co doesnt dump the promoters do -often permanently destroying the stock -I wonder why more penny co's havent figured that out-Bob figured that out after 1 early 2009 promo and thus vowed he'd never do a promo again(see Bullits posts).

Even in blue chips there are so many millions of unemployed people desperately watching computer every second they take all the profit out of a catalyst within a minute-e/g a 10 dollar stock has a takeover rumor of $20/pps-so within a minute (before anyone could do dd to see if any truth) the pps is 19.99-crazy-Ive looked at thousands of blues and pennys and articles and analyst recommendations and cannot find a profitable play. I'm sure a lot of traders feel all they have to do to crash a stock is to look at it.

Somebody suggested McDonalds e.g. when it was touchng $100-I looked at ratios and overblown p/b and knew stock had gotten far ahead of reality and so didnt buy-and sure enough just weeks later its down to $89 -losing as much as $3/day after a nonstop 1 year plus? rise.

I went thru much of the Nasdaq once and found only 1 low priced stock (greater appreciation potential) consistently going up and as soon as I started looking at it it started falling without ryhme or reason. I got the most expert and expensive blue chip stock recommendations newsletters, but the top stocks they were recommending for that day would more often than not  crash 30% that day-so imo nobody knows. At University I knew logic book before even picking it up but I have not been able to find any logic in the market other than what I've said. In blues etc u dont even know whether its going to be a buy or sell on good news and in pennys many dont even know what is good news.

Other than ever present psychotic human behaviour theres never anything I couldnt figure out except the present stock market -no rhyme or reason-experts dont know either -they often take different sides on same issue-besides any time I ever followed a nationally recognized experts recommendation I lost 50%. So the only thing I know is to get in an undiscovered undervalued stock and patiently hold til the catalyst comes-everybody today is playing the lottery for a living.

Bob knows we need financials and so -besides the possible reasons I've given for delay-hopefully we'll get them sooner rather than later. Due to otc/dtc/broker etc games its not easy for big boys to discover the risk/reward here and limited number of brokers where you can buy freely so give us financials as soon as you can Bob.

Hopefully something is in the works to solve the present pps stagnation. If Bao or other investment comes in beyond what it already has hopefully buyback could begin-co's normally begin buyback once they turn corner to sustained substantial profitability because pps usually lags fundamentals, and to prevent hostiles from grabbing an undervalued position etc. I asked before- does anybody know how these companies can implement a buyback when they are limited to 25% of volume and dont know what vol will be beforehand? Just wait til end of day so kno what vol is for that day?

Balahi, maybe you could post your buyback rules post here-that you posted on ihub more than once last fall?
