Does this look like they said no increase in common shares? How about for acquisitions? Read the questions well and ask yourself how many times that question should be asked in a manner which twists what was said in a plainly obvious PR just 3 DAYS old! They said the reason for the Series A restructuring was not for conversion but for maintaining control. If they repeatedly twist what was stated they have one distinct purpose for it.

Michael Welch, President and Chief Executive Officer of Rocky Mountain High Brands, Inc., said, "With the recent acquisition by LSW Holdings, LLC of the Company's Series A Preferred Stock, we have reviewed our equity structure and are making changes to it to both protect the Company and to provide for its future growth.
