do you understand the concept of an inspection that allows a P&S to be amended
RH had 2 buyers b4 *discovery* .. one of whom backed out .. presumably
the *discovery* aspect had to be addressed b4 actual RE closing could take
place by the 2nd buyer .. i don't know and i don't care .. i'm grateful this sale
is en route .. for a few reasons
but of course amendments to original agreement would impact the closing date
this isn't a perfect world (aka seamless) aspects change .. what one should
look for now is the 8k being filed on that material event for P2O within 4 days
of closing .. this material event may well impact the K being filed in March
but i don't know .. regardless if an NT gets filed .. i would expect to see all
details .. nicely tidied up .. within the 5 day window .. i can wait to see what
comes to pass b4 agitating for the sake of noise
btw .. the original *rumor* (that wasn't in your post of my quote .. but was contained
in my original post) comes from a very long long who is both local and does DD
there are plenty of folks around who make the calls .. but as noted in what was
left out .. they can't be bothered sharing anything in the cess pool there
no one with functioning gray matter can blame them
