Okay - I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt on this issue of "downplaying" - it may be that you and possibly a lot of people don't remember or never got to read my very long post a while back - because it's very long and I probably lose a lot of people on those long posts... which I'll get to, momentarily. I just want to say once again that I'm not pleased with the way you started up on the board, but maybe there's some reason for it. If not - and even if so - it's just incredibly disrespectful to other shareholders. I understand that there are a lot of idiots out there, and iScam seems to bring out the worst in people, maybe you just didn't see any value in showing respect to some of the types that post over there. But there are still good people invested in these stocks, and good people running the some of the companies - SOME.
Regarding the 5 cents to 7.5 cents by end of year. Just check out my post #32289.
I know it's long, just read the part with the calculation for the very large swath of land on the gulf side of Baja, about 172 hectares. This is a direct comparable to the land that we just acquired, adding a direct, raw asset value that exceeds the current share price all by itself - WITHOUT the Ag land/business. And that's really with a conservative valuation of the land itself, and no value added from Jan, "The Team" with Espinoza, etc. that also immediately add much more value to that land because of probability of success - especially with the planned short timeline for master plan, etc.
I'm going to re-write that post and simplify just based on that. I'll post it over there this morning when I get a bit more time - to make that very clear.
