Silkeborg, 2017-03-20 10:48 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Jyske Bank has mandated BNP Paribas, Danske Bank, Goldman Sachs and LBBW to arrange a series of investor meetings across Europe to explore the possibilities of issuing subordinated Tier 2 capital in EUR. A 12NC7 EUR 300m bond issue will follow, subject to market conditions.
In October 2015 Jyske Bank announced an adaption of the capital structure to the long term targets of a capital ratio of 17.5% and a core equity ratio of 14%. During 2016 a subordinated Tier 2 bond in the amount of SEK 1bn, and AT1 capital corresponding to DKK 1.5bn were issued. The larger part of the capital adjustment process is expected to be completed by the end of 2017.
