Paul ..speaking at qd forum or not speaking is sort of irrelevant as to QMCs future.The forum is for eggheads and its not like they would announce anything major without an 8k first.Look at how little major qd news has been announced during it or at it by our competitors.Nanoco zero news as an example , so they must be a failure ? As far as the A/S going to 750 I'm not concerned as it took 8 years to get from 70 million to 340 today .Its not like we are going to 750 million without something substantial happening and if its not good then the option is to sell.I think duff commented as an example that shares need to be held in reserve of up to 5x for any funding ( 2.5 million ) so we know with the current and reserved for funding and employee compensation they will be at or over 500 AS.Major shareholders voting yes will be a sign everything is ok ..it would mean they are ok with the dilution which affects them the same as all of us including Steve who's holding percentage will also drop with increased AS.
