Yeah. I did not see the date. So I grab 100 shares aT 100 par for 10,000. In 6 mos. I get the $600 coupon. Then in 12 months I get back 12600. Principle @120% plus second coupon. Basically a 32% return.
Or at maturity they convert to what ever the market price is that day with a 50% discount. So if the price is 1 dollar per share, it would convey $10,000 to 20k shares...
They beauty of this is that any dilution really is insignificant but the reward is huge... wow. Any way you slice it - no matter if I am right or if I am completely wrong - this is extraordinary. You have to have crazy confidence that this is going through. Which is EXCACTLY the point of this
