Questions to ask
Are they planning sell these shares to a specific partner that adds value to QMC in regards products and marketing? (Note: Asian countries prefer a more integrated supply chain partnership as compared to USA. The deals they have already made in China with respect to ownership are very important to success.)
What is the projection in the upcoming year and half as to how many shares they expect to add to the market?
What time frame or range of time do they feel they will be able to generate self-sustaining cash flows? And what is the confidence level of this estimate?
As a shareholder, the character of the future dilution is a very substantive matter that they need to communicate with the shareholders with as much specificity as their Non-disclosure agreements allow.
