I know another example of a US QB listed US company who traded also on the german Boerse Berlin (pennystocks)....the shares come from the same float which is not altered but, naturally, under a different ticker symbol. In fact is was a price boost at the time because even when one was rather dormant for a few days then the other felt comfort and traded well. When both were up it was reassuring investors and boosted big. Down days on both did not seem to cause more decline. Overall a real good instrument for a company.
