Gate keeper who holds the basket of numbers to all those share holders holdings that you/we were going to use to our advantage has decided another direction is in his best interests.
Mr. Jamis many will miss your heavy lifting and analysis on both boards, my question to you is what are you going to tell those share holders when they start to ask you why the advantage we had once is now no longer an advantage?
